In an effort to preserve and highlight the existing natural beauty as much as possible, the Remorker Architects studio fits in IH Leprin in the natural lines of the terrain, placing the house next to the remains of the existing traditional dry wall, respecting the architectural heritage of Istria.

Building a house without additional fencing towards the access road, the clear border between nature and artefact is lost.

Paved courtyard in the shade of the canopy of preserved trees, swimming pool in the sunny central part of the house, as well as independent summer house with its own kitchen, they fully support the idea of a space for relaxation like I space created for socializing.
